THE ELMER FILES

The Elmer Files are a series of blackline masters intended for those teaching ham radio courses based on the 5th edition of the ARRL Technicial License manual. Funding for this project was provided by the ARDC's grantmaking process. 

All worksheets and supplemental material on this site and part of "The Elmer Files" are open source and free to use.
